JPEGView 1.0.27 is a small and fast viewer/editor for JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF and TIFF images. On-the-fly image processing is provided - allowing to adjust typical parameters as sharpness, color balance, contrast and local under-/overexposure.Using the JPEGView.ini file, you can define external commands, such as your favorite image editor app. With a single press of X, for example, I can open the file I'm viewing in XnView for editing while JPEGView is still running.
